Advanced Blasting Services is an authorized HiEx TeleBlaster II Remote Detonator System distributor |
|
The HiEx TeleBlaster II allows the blaster to initiate a blast from any location within 5 miles of the shot and is not dependent on line-of-sight. This gives the blaster the flexibility to move to a safe position or a position that has a better vantage point for observing the shot. The blaster can be set up to fire the shot without restricting the movement of equipment with a non-el lead line. Benefits of using a remote detonator system include greater safety and security, greater efficiency, and more flexibility in initiating blasts. Advanced Blasting Services uses remote detonator initiation for all shots. |
|
- The blaster not tethered to blast by shooting line or nonel lead-in line that is often too short. Stand off distances of up to 5 kilometers.
- Instantaneous blast initiation with test, abort and automatic shutdown functions.
- Blaster has superior control when working in areas with frequent air, marine, and other radio equipped traffic or personnel.
- Audible status confirmation to blaster
- Secure transmissions at 4 levels to prevent accidental initiation.
- Easy-to-use instructions and simple operating procedures.
|
- The blaster is free to initiate from a guard position or a vantage point.
- Eliminates burn time concerns of safety fuse assemblies.
- Built-in retreat timer with audible confirmation allows blaster to move clear of the blast zone.
|
- Better communication cuts down on lost productivity and time when locating and moving workers away from the blast zone.
- Speeds up drill/blast cycles for continuous operations.
- Requires much less time and cost lost in the layout of expensive lead-in line for the blaster to be in a safe position.
